The Star: The Light of Hope
The next step the Fool takes in his journey varies, depending on how you interpret it. Some say he encounters the Magician who teaches him how use his willpower, skills, and tools at hand to shape his reality; others say he experiences some form of awakening and learns this on his own. Either way, this point in the journey is about the Fool recognizing his own creative power, and using that power to make his dreams a reality through focused action.

In the Tarot of the Golden Wheel by Mila Losenko, the Magician shines golden in all his glory amid a sea of infinite stars. He confidently holds two of his tools aloft, declaring his mastery of them with his face full of determination. His message is pretty clear: This is HIS reality, and he WILL shape it as he sees fit.
